First look by Wave 3 at our newly finished Edison Center building.
The three-story building along Ninth Street has been empty for nearly 20 years, but now the city has leased 85,000 square feet of it.
The first tenant is the city’s Air Pollution Control District, led by Keith Talley.
“We were happy to be the guinea pigs,” Talley said. “It’s one that I had driven by many times but really just hadn’t paid any attention to it. It had been sitting here for so long.”
