This historic 5-story masonry structure, has survived many uses to be renovated into 30,000 square feet of mixed-use office and residential condominiums. The building’s unique character of exposed brick and heavy timber construction combined with modern amenities creates a unique urban character in the heart of the city.
Weyland Ventures undertook renovation of the former Goodwill building and minimum security facility to offer another residential and commercial option in the Glassworks District. The firm designed the new condo layouts, supervised construction, and continues to manage the building.
