Weyland Ventures designed and supervised construction of the new 11-story ZirMed Towers building after securing a major commercial tenant (ZirMed) to use the building as their headquarters. Construction began in 2008 and ZirMed occupied the building starting in 2009.
ZirMed Towers is another element of the Glassworks District, which anchors the western edge of downtown. The towers continue development of the first mixed-use neighborhood in the Central Business District and are within walking distance of Main Street’s Museum Row, the Kentucky Center for the Arts, 21C Museum Hotel, restaurants, banks, retail stores, and much more. The building serves as headquarters for ZirMed and offers some of the best views of Louisville and the Ohio River.
